If you are just starting out and need some guidance of what you can accomplish, if you need modified training due to injuries etc., or you would like help with meal plans, and the extra push that you don’t get working out alone.
Now that my second round of boot camp is coming to a close I want to make sure that I am as accessible as possible to my current clients, and can also help new clients.
