XTREME HIP HOP STEP is a REVAMP of traditional step aerobics. With routines set to old and new school hip hop, it makes you want to get up an move while getting a great cardio burn! The height can be tailored to individual needs by inserting risers under the step.

XTREME BURN: A 45 minute High-Intensity cardio class synced to specific hip-hop music, with added weights for a double BURN.

COMING SOON: CARDIO STENGTH is a 60-minute class comprising two-30 minute sections.
